Question: What are the conditions for a return?

Answer: Any footwear or clothing in new and clean condition may be returned for refund,
credit or exchange in size or style within the first 90 days from date of purchase.
Product should be in new and clean condition and in original packaging (shoe box)
or with original manufacturer tags attached.  Original sales receipt must
accompany all returns.

Question: Do my boots have a warranty?

Answer: All footwear carries a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for
a period of up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover
chemical abuse, excessive wear and tear, abuse or incidents that occur
from job hazards. All footwear will be repaired or replaced upon evaluation
at no charge provided the item falls within the above defined criteria.
Customer will receive in store credit for a new boot,if the boot falls in the aboved criteria.

Question: Can I take my boots home and try them?

Answer: We recommend the following procedure prior to wearing footwear at work.
Wear the shoes at home for a few hours on a carpeted surface to prevent
scuffing or soiling of the soles and uppers. This allows you the
opportunity to determine fit/happiness with the footwear.
If needed, an exchange can be done.
